How do I sign up for a membership?To sign up, click the 'Log In/Sign Up' button at the top of the homepage and fill out the registration form. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Why do I need to fill out a form and wait for approval?We carefully screen anyone signing up to the Ecosystem to ensure they are real humans working on GPCRs. We want to keep our community exclusive to the field, so we need as much information as possible to verify your identity.

How long will the Sign-Up process take?We could take up to two (2) business days.

I’m just a student starting in the field. Can I sign up to the Ecosystem?Yes, everyone interested in the field is welcome to join. Please let us know about this while filling out the registration form.

Why are personnel from US governmental agencies excluded from the free membership?Employees of any branch or department within the US government are not eligible for the free membership. Verification methods can vary but might require a work email address, an official ID, or other employment documentation during the sign-up process to confirm whether the individual is employed by a US governmental agency. If there's any uncertainty about eligibility, the best action is to contact us at hello@drgpcr.com.

How much does the premium membership cost?The premium membership is priced at $249.99 per year. We have a 90% discount for people who live and work in developing countries and a 15% discount for team memberships, a minimum of 5 seats. You can also access a 25% discount on our Dr.GPCR University courses as a premium member.

Can I upgrade from a standard membership to a premium membership?Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Log into your account, go to the Pricing section, and select the option you’d like to choose. Your premium benefits will be activated immediately.

Is there a free trial for the premium membership?Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial for new premium members. You can sign up for the trial on the premium membership page. If you choose not to continue, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.

How do I cancel my membership?You can cancel your membership by following these steps: Go to My Account. Select the tab My Subscriptions. Select the membership you want to cancel and click Cancel Subscription. If you are a premium member, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Will my membership renew automatically?If you choose the yearly payment option, your membership will renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access.

What should I do if I forget my password?Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page, and follow the instructions to reset your password. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
